Diamond glass milling cutters come in milling-only and mill-and-grind types for slotting and profile shaping of glass. On mill-and-grind versions the grind layer is round edge or flat edge, selected against glass thickness — commonly 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm. The sintered diamond working layer cuts stably and wears slowly on shape edging machines and CNC machining centres. Send the glass thickness and profile and we match the cutter; custom sizes are made to drawing.
