Semi-segmented rim diamond wheels grind the rough stations of glass beveling machines. One side of the rim is grooved, the other continuous: the grooves clear swarf and heat, the ring keeps the cut steady, so the bevel stays clean at full roughing speed. Diameters run 100 / 125 / 150 / 175 mm with 6×12 and 8×14 mm work layers, on 7- to 10-spindle machines, cutting 3°–20° bevels in glass 3–25 mm thick. Bores match your spindle; other sizes to your drawing.
