Supplying glass processors in the US, India, Vietnam, Russia, Latin America and the Middle East
Diamond, resin bond, polishing and arris wheels for glass edge machines. The wheel decides your edge quality, your scrap rate and your cost per m² — so we build to a specification, not to a price point.
Product range
Every family is produced to the same control on diamond concentration, bond hardness and dimensional tolerance. Mixing them across the line is what makes an edge come out uniform.

Applications
Tell us the glass you process and the finish your customer inspects. The wheel selection follows from that, and so does the grit sequence.
Tempered and laminated façades, curtain walls and partitions. Safety-edge wheels plus a stable rough-grind sequence keep the edge compliant and the breakage rate down before the glass reaches the tempering furnace.
Table tops, shelving, cabinet doors and partitions where the polished edge is directly on show. This is where a consistent fine-grind and polish sequence decides whether the edge reads as clear or as grey.
Cooker tops, refrigerator panels and control-glass. Thin, high-volume, and unforgiving on dimensional tolerance — the wheel set has to stay within tolerance across a full production run, not just the first hundred pieces.
Safety edges that get handled daily and must not chip, plus polished edges on mirror that are visible at an angle. Bond hardness is tuned here so the finish stays bright rather than satin.
Thin float glass for PV and electronic applications, where micro-cracks at the edge become a yield problem later in the process. Fine-grit diamond and controlled bond wear are the whole point.
Not seeing your glass type? Send a sample and the target finish — we will propose a grit sequence and test it.
Why buyers switch to us
A wheel that performs on the sample and drifts on the third container costs more than the price difference ever saved. Everything below exists to stop that from happening.
Bond hardness is set against the abrasive it is paired with, so the wheel cuts the same on its last metre as on its first. No mid-shift re-dressing, predictable feed rates.
Incoming diamond is graded and logged, pressing parameters are recorded per batch, and the batch number travels with the goods. If something drifts, we can trace it back to the run that made it.
Bore, diameter, mounting and spindle speed are confirmed against your machine model before we quote. No adaptors, no wobble, no returns because the bore was 2 mm out.
Non-standard radius or an unusual edge shape is normal business for us. We keep your tooling drawing archived so reorders reproduce the original exactly.
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the certificates your customs broker asks for — prepared to match, so the container is not sitting at the port while documents get corrected.
You get a person who knows the wheels, not a call centre. Send a photo of the edge defect and we will tell you whether it is grit, bond, feed rate or coolant — and what to change.
Quality control
Consumables fail quietly. By the time a bad batch shows up on your line, it is already in your finished glass. These are the points where we catch it instead.
Diamond grit, bond powder and cores are inspected and graded on arrival. Every incoming lot is logged against the batch it will be used in.
Pressure, temperature and dwell time are recorded per batch. This is the step that decides bond hardness — and therefore whether the wheel behaves predictably.
Each finished wheel is spin-tested for concentricity and balance. An unbalanced wheel is the usual root cause of a chipped edge and of spindle vibration.
Sample wheels from the shipment are run on our own edging machine and the edge is inspected before the cartons are sealed.
Common questions
If your question is not here, ask it directly — we answer technical questions properly rather than pointing you at a catalogue.
For standard sizes we ship from a single carton upward, mixed sizes are fine. Custom profiles carry a higher minimum because of the tooling setup — tell us the profile and we will quote the exact figure rather than a vague range.
Standard specification wheels are typically ready in 7 to 15 working days. Custom profiles take 15 to 25 working days because the tooling has to be cut and proven first. We confirm the date in writing on the proforma invoice, and we tell you before the deadline slips rather than after.
Yes, and that is most of what we do. Send the machine brand and model, or better: the bore, outer diameter, thickness and spindle speed. If you have a drawing of the existing wheel, that is the fastest route to a correct quote.
It follows from the finish you need and the thickness you are removing, not from a catalogue table. As a starting point: #46 to #80 for rough grinding, #100 to #180 for medium, #180 to #400 for fine grinding ahead of polishing. Tell us your target edge and glass thickness and we will give you the full sequence.
T/T is standard: 30 percent deposit and the balance against the bill of lading copy, or full payment in advance for small orders. L/C at sight is accepted for larger orders. Terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice before production starts.
Yes. Samples are shipped so you can run them on your own machine against your own glass — that is the only test that means anything. Sample cost and freight are quoted separately, and the sample cost is credited against your first bulk order.

The more you tell us up front — machine model, grit, diameter, quantity — the faster the quote is accurate instead of a guess.
