A four-edge machine grinds all four edges of a sheet in one pass, so the two wheels in a set have to match. If one is a fraction smaller, or its work layer is worn unevenly, two of the four edges come out different — and the difference usually shows after tempering, when rework is at its most expensive.
Each set is 2 pcs at 160 mm diameter. The common specification is 160×22×P35×10 at 200#, metal bond and sintered. Diameter and work layer height are checked as a pair before packing, not sampled one at a time.
Mounting holes are where it most often goes wrong. Machine builders use different bore and hole patterns even at the same wheel diameter, so we drill to your machine brand rather than shipping a universal pattern. Tell us the model when you enquire; if the model is uncommon, a photo of the worn wheel with a rule laid across the holes is enough to work from.
